Concerts and Cavaquinhos

welp, the sky opened up today after 3 straight days of gloom and rain.
thanks to my trusty bending jig, i manage to complete 5 concert shells.



my Silicone Heating blanket gives me perfect bends everytime. with little to no adjustments on the heat pipe.
the beginning of a myrtle Taropatch concert uke for Mandi.

injury update.

there you go. stuck my left pointer finger on the bandsaw blade two days ago while working on my inlays.  I'm decommissioned for the rest of the week. however, that does not mean i'll be stopping completely. it just means that i will finally get to focus on one of many other projects i have . this week, I'm starting on my Gameboy uke in commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of the original Nintendo NES.
