Building a Sopranino mould using a different method

im down to my last bandsaw blades. ordered a pair of new sets that wont be ready in a few days. so to preserve my last working blade, i used the bench top drill press to cut the rough shape on the block of laminated plywood to start.

Dry fitting the drum to the frame

It sort of works but I don’t settle for just good enough.  It needs more tweaking . I am happy of how solid the frame turned out . That means less vibration later on .
