Sealed the edges before bindings
Im not overly familiar or have had enough experience working with australian black wood in the past so this is a minor insurance, just in case.
Had to make a rough keychain mould last minute.
this may seem an odd way of going about it but this is just too small to be done on a regular bandsaw. plus, i love my fingers.
New Koa parts stock
The demand for Koa minis has been crazy and overwhelming this past few months. I ripped some koa sets last week and here's how its looking at the moment.
i also added some roughly put together parts for the necks.
pictured below is what it usually looks like before it hits the bandsaw ( curly mahogany and cherry )
I've been thinking about doing a spring throwback sopranino. we'll see
miscellaneous size of neck stock.
